Wayne Gardner established Gardner Consulting in 2006 in response to significant demand for independent and impartial property expertise.
Wayne has a broad range of property experience with over 25 years in the industry, most recently as General Manager for Orlani Property Group and NSW/ACT Asset Manager for ANZ Bank. Prior roles include general property consultancy specialising in
database audits, income maximisation and the implementation of management processes and protocols for clients including AMP, Grosvenor, Knight Frank and Challenger.
Wayne spent 15 years with AMP in various Property and General Management roles including property divestment. He
has a Bachelor of Business (Land Economics) and is a Certified Property Manager with the Property Council of Australia.
